All bedrooms have pillows, duvets, linen and towels and there is ample storage for clothes and personal possessions. The house is well furnished in natural materials and is decorated with numerous original
paintings and other art pieces.
The house is heated by a new high efficiency gas central heating boiler with under floor heating to the living areas. Laundry & bedding, towels, heating, hot water and electricity are all inclusive.
Parking and Transport:
We have off street parking for one or two vehicles (depending on size). Victoria Road is narrow but ample width for medium/large sized estate cars etc.
There is also limited free on-street parking in Holman Way (100m away) or in the pay and display car park (in Holman Way) close to the house (only £2.20 per 24hrs).
The railway station is only 5 minutes walk as is the main bus stop down by the Quay for services around Devon & hourly
to Exeter (trains every 30 minutes).
The M5 motorway Junction 30 is only 5 minutes (3 miles) away, Exeter Airport about 15 minutes (6 miles).
