Downstairs comprises: entrance porch, kitchen-diner with wood strip floor & feature fireplace. Traditional hand-made kitchen with Belfast sink, granite worktops, ceramic hob, fan assisted oven and microwave, dishwasher, glazed dresser and pine dining table. Entrance to: Sitting room with dual aspect windows, cathedral ceiling with skylight, large LCD digital T.V., VHS video, DVD player, and CD/tape/FM hi-fi system, and useful library of reference books, novels, videos, CDs & DVDs. Leather sofa, 2 armchairs, access door to garden. On the first floor, accessed by feature curved staircase: double bedroom with period fireplace and pine furniture. New fully tiled bathroom with full size bath, thermostatic shower, WC, built in basin and heated towel rail. On the second floor, a delightful twin bedded room with triple aspect windows. All bedrooms have pillows, duvets, linen and towels and there is ample storage for clothes and personal possessions. The cottage is well furnished in natural materials and numerous original water colour paintings. The cottage is always warm and cosy, heated by gas central heating. Laundry & bedding, towels, heating, hot water and electricity are all inclusive. OUTSIDE, The pretty cottage style garden, is well stocked with plants, herbs, bulbs and shrubs. Two separate paved areas provide relaxation for different moods and there is a secluded corner for outdoor meals, BBQs, cocktails or quiet reflection. There is a small guest annex in garden (available at extra cost) with bedroom (bunk bed with pull out double) and (available to all guests), laundry & utility room with additional WC, shower, basin, automatic washing machine & dryer.PARKING and TRANSPORT: There is limited free on-street parking at the top of White Street, in Holman Way (100m away) or in the pay and display car park (in Holman Way) close to the cottage (£1.80 per 24hrs.)
