A charming two bedroom period holiday cottage in the historic town of Topsham on

Availability, Pricing and Booking

 

Prices are from £458 per week for a couple off-season & £500 per week for 4 persons depending on time of year. See price bands below. Please contact us for last minute bookings, special offers or long weekends (off peak, blue periods, only).

Once you have confirmed your dates with us just go to "CONTACT US" page, click on BOOKING FORM, print and send off.

 

Prices include all heating, electricity, hot water, towels and linen. There are no other charges. Please use the "contact us" button above if you require further details by e-mail or telephone.

 

Changeover day is Saturday (other days, off season only, by arrangement). Discount is available for holidays of more than two weeks, for sole occupancy or for couples only.

PRICE BANDS PER WEEK (up to 4 persons in cottage) for 1 or 2 week holidays  (more than 2 weeks, corporate lets or off peak short breaks, please enquire).

Changeover day is Saturday (flexible off season). High (peak) season in purple

Prices include all laundry (bedding & towels), heating & utilities, and annex utility room (which houses laundry, additional shower & W.C.).

Please note: bed is bunk style with proper full size 3 ft. mattresses.  6' double can be created but is tight in room!

DISCOUNTS: Please deduct 15% for single occupation  or 10% couples only during blue price periods.  Peak times above in purple.

SHORT BREAKS: Only during off peak times (blue date periods above) less than 1 week bookings can be arranged (min. 3 nights, flexible changeover day), please ask for quote.

HOW TO GET THERE 

Topsham is well served by trains, with the station only 5 minutes walk from the cottage.

Equally accessible by car, Topsham is just 5 minutes from the M5 motorway, (J30 Exeter turn off), approx. 11/4 hours from Bristol, 2¾ hours from Birmingham and 3¼ hours from London.

Shapter Cottages can be found along Topsham High Street, which becomes Fore St., towards the Lighter Pub on the Quay, turn left into White Street, Shapter Cottages are on the right approx. 100m. (opp. 22 White Street, entrance through iron gate in white wall). No.1 is the end cottage.
